In simple language trust is truth.
If you believe in someone, you will trust him more than you.
If you like to believe, you have to believe in yourself than any other person.
You should be truthful to yourself. If you true to yourself you will believe yourself more, you become more reliable on yourself, and if you rely on yourself then you become self-confident.
Truth, believe, reliability, and self-confidence, will boost your self-esteem.
So, first step is you have to trust yourself.

Why people more dependent on trust?
People trust other people more than themselves, because they lie to themselves. They not believe in their skills and ability. They are not confident. Ultimately they have low self-esteem.

If you like to success in life, you have to build the trust in yourself as well as in your environment.

Be discipline with your habits, your actions, and your daily exercise. Discipline is a key in building trust.
Trust yourself:
Trust yourself. If you believe in yourself, then you ultimately trust yourself. Keep your promise fulfilled with yourself. Don’t break promises.
